What to put in your backpack? Or rather, what not to forget!

We cannot do anything to make sure this never happens to us. What we can do is to split the risk and plan our backpack smartly. This way, we reduce the stress and avoid to panic.

We will obviously lose a few hours of our precious vacation for filling administrative paperwork. What you do next? Wait patiently and hope to have your luggage back? NO.

If your backpack is well prepared, you can survive at least two weeks before having to start thinking about shopping or doing the laundry.

To lighten your backpack and avoid problems with security checks, you must choose small sizes (100 ml or less) for all liquids (shampoo, cream, etc.).

These items fit easily into a 40-liter backpack that weighs less than 10 kilos.
